We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Remote Data Entry Specialists. We are expanding our operations across the Southeast and need individuals who can ensure data accuracy and integrity from the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and account information into our digital database systems.
- Review and correct any errors in data entry to maintain 100% data integrity standards.
- Transcribe data from physical documents, emails, and PDFs into digital formats efficiently.
- Perform regular backups and adhere to strict data security and privacy protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or urgent updates.
- Assist in organizing and archiving digital records for easy future retrieval.
- Monitor daily data entry targets to ensure departmental goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business or Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Typing speed of at least 45-50 WPM with high accuracy (minimum 98% accuracy rate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of database management or CRM software is a plus.
