Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into various database systems and spreadsheets with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Review and correct errors in existing data sets to ensure database integrity.
- Organize and digitize physical documents, maintaining a logical filing system.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve data discrepancies and clarify instructions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company information.
- Perform daily quality assurance checks to ensure all outputs meet company standards.
- Adhere to established remote work policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, transcription, or general administrative support.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
