Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data across multiple platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process transactions and documentation with strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 10-key proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- US work authorization and Dallas residency required
