Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into various database systems.
- Verify and reconcile information to ensure high data integrity standards.
- Review documents for errors, omissions, or discrepancies and correct as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and personal information.
- Perform regular backups and file organization to ensure data accessibility.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data quality and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
