- Review and verify incoming data for errors, discrepancies, and completeness.
- Transcribe information from various sources (paper files, digital forms) into digital formats.
- Assist in organizing and archiving digital and physical records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data queries and updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
