- Enter and update customer and product data into our proprietary databases with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Review and verify incoming data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Digitize physical documents and transcribe text into digital formats efficiently.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and securely archive historical records.
- Assist in generating weekly reports and analyzing data trends.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven typing speed of at least 35-40 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
