Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and client information into our secure database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Review and verify incoming data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information before processing.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to ensure 100% compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data issues or urgent requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (95%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
