Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company CRM and ERP systems
- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Process and manage confidential client information with strict compliance
- Generate daily/weekly data reports for department heads
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Train on proprietary software and database protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
