Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into various digital databases and spreadsheet systems.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Review and proofread data for errors, typos, and inconsistencies before submission.
- Transcribe information from documents, forms, and handwritten notes into digital formats.
- Assist in the reconciliation of data discrepancies and reporting findings to the management team.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
