- Enter and update customer and company information into our secure, cloud-based databases with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Review and verify data for discrepancies, correcting errors and ensuring data consistency across all platforms.
- Perform routine data backups and security audits to protect sensitive company information.
- Communicate clearly with team leads to clarify project requirements and resolve any data-related issues.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; previous data entry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 45 WPM) with a proven track record of attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
