Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and review data in company databases and software systems.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing data records to ensure high-quality information.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Generate and distribute reports based on entered data with precision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project deadlines and data requirements.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
