Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input various types of data into company databases and CRM systems with a minimum error rate.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure consistency and correctness across all digital platforms.
- Organize and digitize physical documents, converting them into structured digital formats.
- Assist in maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information at all times.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement in data handling.
- Perform routine data audits to identify discrepancies and rectify them immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or similar roles is highly preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with exceptional accuracy (99%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
