- Review and proofread data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before final processing.
- Sort, classify, and organize data into designated databases for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Transcribe data from physical documents or digital files into digital formats with 99.9% accuracy.
- Assist in the maintenance of company records and archives to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly and efficiently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
