Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and client information into our central database systems.
- Review incoming data for discrepancies and correct errors immediately to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.
- Assist the administrative team with generating reports, summaries, and summary documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or missing information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
