- Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate customer and company information into our centralized database systems with a focus on zero errors.
- Record Verification: Cross-reference source documents to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- System Management: Regularly back up data and ensure database security and privacy protocols are followed.
- Document Processing: Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents into electronic formats for easy retrieval.
- Reporting: Assist in generating weekly reports on data entry volume and accuracy metrics to management.
- Communication: Collaborate with team members and support staff to clarify data requirements and answer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace is essential.
- Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 40-50 WPM is required.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy.
