Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets across multiple CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and error resolution with 99.5% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train on proprietary software tools and workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 65+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with database systems (SQL, Oracle) a plus
