- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential data across multiple client databases
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and error resolution with 99.5% accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack during shift overlap periods
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Process high-volume transactions during peak overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 0.1% error rate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to maintain focus during overnight shifts
- High-speed internet connection with backup power solutions
