Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential databases and records
- Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with Charlotte-based team via virtual meetings during shift overlap
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Previous experience with CRM systems preferred (Salesforce, HubSpot)
