- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping shift hours
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation and analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry roles
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
