- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure 99.5% data accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions within nightly SLAs
- Utilize proprietary software for data validation and error correction
- Generate nightly performance reports and audit trails
- Collaborate with offshore teams for data reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per minute with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to maintain focus during extended periods of data processing
