Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential client data in company databases
- Perform data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Process transactions and documentation with zero-error tolerance
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Train on new systems and processes during onboarding period
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High-speed typing skills with 98% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error detection abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
- US citizenship required for compliance with Texas market projects
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
