Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain 10,000+ daily data entries with 99.8% accuracy threshold
- Process confidential client information using HIPAA-compliant systems
- Generate real-time analytics reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack during cross-functional projects
- Implement data validation protocols to prevent discrepancies
- Train on proprietary AI-assisted data optimization tools
- Manage nightly reconciliation of financial and inventory datasets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Proven 10,000+ keystroke/hour typing speed with error rate <0.5%
