Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems
- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Flag and resolve data discrepancies within SLA timeframes
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with night shift team leads for workflow optimization
- Complete 98%+ accuracy targets across all data entry tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- Excellent attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
