Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets across multiple platforms
- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Process transactions and documentation within SLA requirements
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with Charlotte-based teams during overlapping hours
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- High-speed broadband connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
