Responsibilities

- Perform daily data audits using proprietary validation tools to ensure integrity
- Process high-volume transactions during assigned night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports with key metrics
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping hours for seamless workflow
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR protocols for sensitive information handling
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of verified data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rate <0.1%
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Valid US work authorization and Pennsylvania residency
