Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain confidential data across multiple database systems
- Perform nightly reconciliation of data discrepancies with precision
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to department leads
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping shift hours
- Implement data backup procedures and recovery protocols
- Utilize automation tools to streamline repetitive entry tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 70+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Familiarity with data validation techniques and error resolution
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for data integrity issues
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field preferred
