- Verify the accuracy of incoming data and rectify any discrepancies or errors immediately.
- Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring proper categorization and accessibility.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding data issues or project updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
