- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity standards while handling sensitive company records.
- Review and cross-reference data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Sort, file, and organize digital and physical paperwork to ensure efficient workflow retrieval.
- Assist in the daily maintenance of spreadsheets and general administrative reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; no prior professional experience necessary.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in typing (minimum 35 WPM recommended).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
