Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information, inventory details, and company records into our secure database systems.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming data and correct any discrepancies immediately.
- Perform routine audits of existing files to ensure data consistency and compliance.
- Organize and manage digital files, ensuring proper categorization and easy retrieval.
- Communicate with team leads to resolve data-related queries and issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
