Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing records to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and digitize physical documents and files for easy retrieval.
- Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on entered data to minimize errors.
- Update and maintain contact lists and customer information.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
