Responsibilities

- Review data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies and rectify them immediately.
- Transcribe data from physical documents, images, and PDFs into digital formats.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all sensitive client information.
- Organize and file digital records to ensure easy retrieval and audit trails.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead regarding data discrepancies or urgent requests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
