We are currently seeking a highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Portland-based team. This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting our mission to streamline business operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. We are looking for candidates who are meticulous, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Input and update customer and product information into CRM and database systems with 99% accuracy.
- Verify and reconcile data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical records for easy access.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and statistical data summaries.
- Perform regular audits of data entries to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate data discrepancies to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
