- Accurate Data Entry: Transcribe information from physical and digital sources into company databases with 99.9% accuracy.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and archive digital records in accordance with company retention policies.
- Quality Assurance: Review and audit entered data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies immediately.
- System Updates: Maintain and update spreadsheets, CRM systems, and inventory logs on a daily basis.
- Communication: Collaborate with the administrative team to clarify data requirements and resolve entry issues.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with a focus on error-free performance.
- Computer Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in data sets.
- Remote Work Maturity: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently without direct supervision.
