- Review and verify incoming data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies before processing.
- Digitize physical documents and convert them into digital formats for easy retrieval.
- Generate and distribute regular reports regarding data entry volume and accuracy metrics.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of digital and physical records to ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Exceptional typing speed (40+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
