- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the transcription of documents and reports, maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to clarify data discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Update existing records with new information while preserving data integrity.
- Adhere to all data privacy and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience with database management software is a plus.
