Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and product information in our database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies with high attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
- Review and organize physical or digital documents before inputting data into spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist in the transcription of data from various sources, including handwritten notes and PDFs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues.
- Perform regular backups and file organization to ensure data security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
