Tucson Data Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our expanding administrative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company database by efficiently inputting, verifying, and updating information. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home in Tucson, AZ, or anywhere within the United States. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer and product information into our CRM and internal database systems.
- Proofread data for errors and ensure all information is complete, consistent, and formatted correctly.
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents into secure digital archives.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to identify and rectify discrepancies in data.
- Assist with data analysis and generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
