Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks with 99.5%+ accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting daily productivity targets
- Generate daily/weekly reports and analytics dashboards for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Train on proprietary data management tools and workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in remote work environment
- US-based work authorization and reliable high-speed internet
- Experience with healthcare/financial data handling preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
