Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for enterprise-level applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to deliver cohesive design systems
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Maintain and evolve our design language library across 15+ product features
- Mentor junior designers through weekly critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
