- Sort, organize, and file digital and physical documents for easy retrieval.
- Review incoming invoices and customer information for completeness and correctness.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Communicate regularly with the team lead to report on daily progress and issues.
- Perform routine backups and data archiving tasks to prevent data loss.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or similar roles.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high level of accuracy (90%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security standards.
