Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases and spreadsheets
- Process high-volume transactional data with zero tolerance for errors
- Perform data quality audits and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Adhere to strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack and virtual meetings
- Train on new data systems and process improvements quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
