Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from physical or electronic documents into company databases.
- Verify and correct errors in data entry to ensure high-quality information.
- Sort, organize, and file data records in both digital and physical formats.
- Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of data reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or clerical work (1-2 years preferred).
