Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer and company data into our digital database systems.
- Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors found in entered data before submission.
- Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.

- Perform regular backups and file management to ensure data security.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly data entry quotas.
- Use specialized software and tools to organize, store, and retrieve information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
