- Sort and file electronic and hard copies of documents in an organized manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries based on the data entered.
- Communicate with team leads to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative work is preferred.
- Must possess a minimum typing speed of 40-50 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
