- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple database systems
- Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and completeness
- Process and verify source documents against digital records
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards
- Utilize company-provided software (Excel, Salesforce, custom tools)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
- US residency required (NY or VA preferred)
