Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into various digital databases and spreadsheets with high attention to detail.
- Review and correct errors in data entry to ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Transcribe documents, reports, and handwritten notes into digital formats efficiently.
- Generate and distribute regular reports based on entered data to the management team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or urgent requests.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support roles.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
