Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.5% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data anomalies
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and FINRA compliance standards
- Utilize automated tools to streamline repetitive tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy metrics
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with reliable home office setup
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
