Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our proprietary database systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data for errors, omissions, or discrepancies before processing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and client records.
- Organize and file digital documents and physical records as needed.
- Assist the administrative team with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure all weekend shifts meet company quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong internet connection and a quiet home workspace environment.
