Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information, product details, and transaction records into our secure CRM and database systems.
- Review and verify all incoming data for discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information before final submission.
- Digitize and organize physical documents, ensuring proper filing and archiving for future retrieval.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on completed data entry tasks to minimize errors.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding data discrepancies or technical issues.
- Generate and maintain weekly reports on data volume and accuracy metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
