Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain company data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies before final submission.
- Organize and archive physical or digital documents as per company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
